We provide required information to insurance carriers or partners to establish you as a policyholder. We keep records at K2 to deliver policyholder service. Our employees are bound by confidentiality obligations and trained to protect customer information.

Payments
If you pay premiums by credit card, processing is handled by a PCI-compliant provider; we do not store full card numbers. A confirmation or transaction number will appear on your binder or receipt for reference. If you pay by personal check, we may retain a copy in your file.
